Our tips for the perfect holiday!
DOUBLE CHeck your holiday confirmation
Ensure all details on your holiday confirmation are correct (including names & dates of birth) as any amendments including name changes will incur a fee. Check all dates of travel, flights + hotels are as per your request and ensure balances are paid on time, as this can lead to complications. If you have purchased transfers and/or excursions please ensure they are included on your confirmation. If you require either these, or any other extras, including airport parking, hotels, or lounges then please contact our Customer Team.
CHECK ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
It’s your responsibility to ensure that your party meets all entry requirements for your holiday destination and for your return to the UK, which could change between booking and travel. This may include VISA arrangements or COVID 19 rules. For the latest information, to help you understand the health and entry requirements for your trip, please check out the latest Government information on their website, or contact our Customer Team.
Check your passport
Following the UK's withdrawal from the EU, you may need to take extra steps prior to travelling. It’s vital you visit the government website before you travel for the latest information on new requirements, which can include your passport being valid for at least three or six months from your departure date and it being less than ten years old. You should check your passport validity online on the government’s website as you might need to renew it earlier than planned. It’s your responsibility to ensure you meet the criteria for your destination.
